Yes indeed, there is another name to be added to the suspicious long list of liquidators who claim to be based in Almeria.
This one is called Devalon and the story is exactly the same as with the other liquidators mentioned in a previous article: http://wp.me/p1kmoi-Uz
Cold call, and the terrific good news that Reclaim has gone into voluntary liquidations and all assets have been frozen. The good news is that from these assets all the victims will be paid out and money is waiting to be transferred to the Timeshare owners account in only a couple of days.
Devalon has been appointed by the judge to contact all the Reclaim Certificate holders and get their bank details for the transfer.
Needless to say that once the Certificate holder sends off the bank details and no money is received, the story changes…
Apparently a Spanish Tax number is necessary for the transfer and here is Devalon to help.
Because who wants to queue up hours in a line at the police station, wait for weeks to get the number and then go to the Tax office and try to get it sorted? Nobody! So the offer for Devalon to arrange all this for a fee is more than welcome.
Please don’t let them fool you! There is no money, there are no assets and you don’t need a TAX numbers, as a matter of fact there is no company called Devalon in Almeria or anywhere in Spain.
Just for the record, the address they use this time is Calle Rafael Alberti 4º-6ª, 04004 Almeria
