Yes we have another liquidators office, this time by the name Servidon SA and based in Seville.
The pitch and paperwork is actually very similar to others who claim to be liquidators.
Servidon cold calls the Timeshare User about his Reclaim certificate and notify him that Reclaim has gone into voluntary liquidation and all assets have been frozen.
The Timeshare user can present himself as creditor to apply for the money owed to him by Reclaim. Servidon SA will send a “Creditor Form” that needs to be completed and submitted to them by fax.
The fax number is 0034955300074
Forms cannot be send back to the address of Servidon which is: Avenida República Argentina 27A-4, Sevilla 41011 Spain.
The reason you cannot send any post to this address is explained that due to the high volume of creditors, and forms send by post will be returned unopened. That is a very “creative” excuse to avoid paperwork to be sent off to a non-existing Servidon office at a fake address!
Telephone number for Servidon is 0034955300076 and email Servidon@email.com
Please note that first of all Reclaim has not gone into liquidation. Secondly there is no such company as Servidon SA registered in Spain or on the given address.
The experience with this kind of fake liquidators is that they will insist money is waiting for you to be transferred to your bank account, but all of the sudden they realize you need a Spanish NIE Tax registration number. For a fee Servidon or any of the fake liquidators offer to arrange this Tax number for you, and that is where the numerous additional charges start before they can transfer you the thousands of pounds that seem to be blocked by the government.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
If you have been contacted by the Servidon SA Liquidators from Seville with telephone 0034 955 30 00 76, then please let us know.
