Dear All,
Please find the updated Cold Caller List for June 2013
This month we have 102 active companies on the list of which 24 are new ones.
As we did in May, the format of the report has changed and instead of a complete list of all companies we only publish those that are actually active, and from which you might receive a cold call or other kind of (unwanted) communication.
The complete June 2013 list can be found on the following link: COLD CALLERS JUNE 2013
Please note that there are a lot of “fake” notaries, legal advisers, liquidators, tax offices and even auditors calling lately that don’t use any company name. Please always make sure who you are talking to, ask them for all the information by email and do not pay any money to them as this would not be a normal procedure for official entities like this.
Before dealing with any (cold calling) company, for as genuine as they might sound, do check with us first.

Just had a call from a Debbie from Breakaway Destinations on 0844 811 4363 making all the same promisses as DWVC and Excalliber even said i even had a re-fund from DWVC due, if i could advance them E1890 (returnable fee) “AS IF” so i told them where to get “OFF”, this has been going on now for over 5 years, so if they call you , you know what to say !!!!!!

just let the cold callers know we on to them my fellow told them were to shove there scams good lad
Today had a phone call from Lorna Jarvis of Leisure life plc. Phone her back on 0871 2311241 (I recognised that number and looked through your website). They are there to help me as I have not used my CCC membership for a long time and she can get me a resale. May phone her back to get more details for the website, but am wise now after years of painful reminders of the money I wasted buying CCC membership. Cath
Excaliber are still operating. I have just had a second call from Rebecca Barnes of Excaliber to see if I was fool enough to fall for her explanations. Her phone no is 08712311241 – a very familiar number for a scam. She told me that Mindtimeshare contacted Excaliber asking for a big payment and when it was refused they blacklisted Excaliber on their site. I did some more digging, only to find that Excaliber are not just mentioned on Mindtimeshare but on a couple of other sites as well, all dealing with timeshare sales scams. I told her what I thought of her tactics and put the phone down. She has not tried to ring me back!!!!
Always stop and think – Does the offer sound too good to be true; if so then it is. This is my watchword from now on.
I’m still hoping for a refund from Excalibur. Meanwhile, Solutions have been sending me template letters that are supposed to persuade my credit card provider to refund moneys paid out to Club Class.
Today, I have received a cold-call from Amy Fielding of Dreamworld Vacation Club, telling me all sorts of lies about Leisure Alliance not existing (they are looking after the interests of Club Class Concierge) and that they have taken over from Club Class, who have “closed down”.She said that Excalibur had NOT gone into liquidation, which they have, but are probably operating under a different name (quite possibly)Promised me thousands of pounds. But yes, at the mention of an up-front refundable fee that I must pay today, I ended the call. It was SOO tempting. These sales people are so good, and DESPARATE! They get quite nasty when you doubt them. Is this company Excalibur in disguise?
I’m having some sort of dispute at the moment with Solutions. Their contract says they will act on my behalf but all they do is send me template letters that are actually not that well written. I have spent a lot on postage to send them copies of my documents. I live in hopes.
