Cold Caller Swan Security Services has started recently with their call campaign to timeshare owners.

The agents calling, Mark Walker and Andrew Jenkins are calling from 0786 457 9797 to advice the timeshare user that their membership is on their list of desired memberships.

They even have a buyer lined up already!

All the Timeshare owner has to do is pay a “Temporary” Guarantee Bond of £1400 in order to process this successful sale.

They confirm the process will take about 56 days and in the event the sale is not completes they will even refund the upfront deposit paid.

Swan Security Services has an address on their paperwork which is 145 -157 St John Street London EC1V 4PW

That is not the first time this address is used, as this seems to be a very popular postal forwarding address.

They also have an email swanservices@mail.com and an office number 0208 166 9826 apart from the mobile mentioned 07864579797

No website, no company registration, no nothing…not even an explanation where they obtained the Timeshare owner’s personal (and protected) details.

Cold calls and upfront fees are not a good combination at all and do not make a company look trustworthy.

We therefore would recommend being very cautious when you receive a call from Swan Security Services with phone number 02081669826 in London.

hi i got a new caller that has written me a letter telling me that i have an outstanding debt of £55 to pay before my process of cancellation can begin. This was from club class,(i thought they went bust) they go on to say that they offer an opt out service but charge a penalty of £165. they want me to pay a full and final charge of £220. they insist that i contact them urgently regarding this matter.
