Express Property Resales, new cold calling Timeshare Resale Company.

Warning

Indeed a new name to be added to our list; Express Property Resales.

Cold calling consumers with yet again the story about buyers lined up for their timeshare.

The agent calling is Hannah or Freddy Sims and they are calling from 0034 602 578 848 or 0034 672 973 872 which are Spanish Mobiles.

The Fax number is 0872 115 8502 and email used expressresale@gmail.com

There is no Logo or even an address on the paperwork they submit to the consumer, let alone any other company identification.

The agents from Express Property Resales claim to be based in Malaga and they even have buyers lined up for DWVC and Club Class Memberships and mention amounts the buyers are willing to pay.

All the timeshare owner needs to do is pay the upfront deposit and an admin fee to cover the Notary Costs. The upfront deposit is around £1000 and the Notary fee is £850

Alarming as well is that they don’t need the upfront deposit from those who already paid to another dubious resale before such as Xpress Resales. So obviously they obtained the details of these transactions from these companies.

The Notary costs can be paid by bank transfer to a private bank account in the name of the supposed Notary Mr Terence Raymond Warner. That is an English Notary in Spain?

Express Property Resales do not have a website; they claim to have several offices throughout Europe although the agent calling does not know the address of any of them.

With above information it is clear that Timeshare owners should be extremely cautious with this Resale Company and certainly not pay any of the fees upfront.

If you have been contacted by Express Property Resales from 0034 602 578 848 or 0034 672 973 872 then please let us know.
