Yes, BRG Legal Associates claims to be based in Marbella and have started a call campaign to Timeshare users who have been defrauded in the past by bogus resale companies.
It is always dubious when companies cold call you, but it is even more when they claim to be Legal Advisers.
BRG Legal Associates calls though with “good news”. They explain that on the 2nd of September 2011 a court case was brought against 16 fraudulent and unregistered Timeshare companies. After 10 months of research the Serious Crime Unit in Malaga has come to the conclusion that over 5300 people are victim of these 16 companies.
And on the 3rd of June 2013 the court case was won in favor of the State. And in that court case, it was decided that money was awarded to the victims. The Timeshare consumer on the phone has been rewarded close to 10.000 pounds!
BRG Legal Associates have been appointed to bring this terrific good news and explain the procedures to get this money transferred to their bank account.
The legal fees are £1000 and BRG Legal Associates is going to liaise on this payment…

There is no such company as BRG Legal Associates registered in Malaga or anywhere in Spain. There has not been any court case against a group of “fraudulent and unregistered Timeshare companies” and certainly has no money been awarded to the victims.
