Iberian Insolvency Consultants a new cold caller for the list with yet again the story about court cases being held and money to be recovered from Bogus Timeshare Resale, Cash Back Certificates and other scams related to timeshare.
Iberian Insolvency Consultants cold calls Timeshare Users, but they seem to have a lot of information about them on file as they are more than aware of any scams the Timeshare Owner suffered or if he holds a Cash Back Certificate.
The main pitch is that they can recover money from Cash Back Certificates that weren’t claimed correctly. And best thing of all it that they don’t ask for any money upfront, only a 10% fee after the money has been recovered through court.
That is of course in a first call, because once the Timeshare User shows his interest in a second or third follow up call they all of the sudden do ask for money.
They call this a “Filing Fee”, and is around £700 to be paid through bank transfer. This bank transfer would go to an account in the name of Express International Exchanges Ltd
Iberian Insolvency Consultants claims to be based in Gibraltar but they do not use an office address for correspondence and only provide a post box in mainland Spain: Apartado de Correos PO Box 101, 29639 Benalmadena Pueblo, Malaga, Spain.
Telephone is UK number: (0044) 0203 137 8434 and email address: email@example.com
Although they have the Domain name www.iberianinsolvencyconsultants.com registered since the 19th April 2013, no website has been developed.
The company was registered on the 17th of April 2013 at the Spanish Companies House, so all very recent.
Cold calls, claiming to be a legal company and in possession of the Timeshare owners information both personal and regarding dealings with scam companies, we don’t think it sounds good.
On top of it the No Win No Fee changes after the first call into an upfront fee by bank transfer.
We recommend caution with this company.
