RC Services UK Ltd, a cold calling Claims Company.


An apparent new company has started to cold call Timeshare Users under the name of RC Services UK or Reclaim Services UK.

The initial call is about the fact they are aware the Timeshare consumer has a Holiday Membership and they offer to help with a refund claim under the Consumer Credit Act.

Although they have the private contact details and the membership details from the Consumer, they don’t seem to be aware how long ago the purchase was made as they also call people who have long passed the 6 years as stipulated for Consumer Credit Act Claims.

Those consumers who insistently tell RC Services UK that they won’t be paying an upfront fee for such service are eventually offered a “No Win No Fee” service and a payment of £495 in case successful.

RC Services UK is a registered company since the 17th July 2013. The address on the registration is actually a post box PO Box 6943 Cannock and this address is not even mentioned on the website.

The website http://rcservicesuk.com/ was also registered in July 2013 and doesn’t really provide much more information than the basic contact details such as Telephone: 0121 363 2115 and email: info@reclaimreclaimservicesuk.com

With the lack of information and the cold calls where they obviously have the personal (protected) data of the Timeshare owner at hand, we can only recommend to be cautious when dealing with RC Services UK or Reclaim Services UK.

    They said that the credit card transaction was not with Club Class but with a company called Imagen Sinergica SL and so under section 75 of the Consumer Act was not entitled to a refund. We tried to point out that we thought the transaction was with Club Class but to no avail.

    HI was contacted by this company on the 20th August. They did seem to know a lot of my details. They were offering to claim the money back under the Consumer Act section 75. I pointed out that I had already tried this unsuccessfully with the cc company already. If they won they wanted 30% plus an admin fee, amount not stated! I did a search on them but could not find anything. I have since had an email saying they had tried to contact me and could I respond asap. Glad I received this information!

      May I ask you what your claim was about, the one that was refused? And what reason did the bank give for the refusal? If you want to send us an email, we could have a look at your case and maybe help you further.
