We have a new cold calling Liquidators Office from Huelva, this time by the name of Sotorrio.
Sotorrio contacts those timeshare users that are in possession of a Reclaim / Cashback Certificate and they tell them the Reclaim company has gone into voluntary liquidation.
The agent from Sotorrio ask the Certificate holder for the Certificate number, the holders name(s), date of issue and other personal data in order to “establish” if they can claim any money from the funds that have been seized. In order to do this they require a copy of the certificates by email.
Sotorrio claims to be based in Huelva on the following address Plaza de las Monjas 4-2, 21001 Huelva, Spain.
Their email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Telephone 0034959170101 and Fax 0034959170102
As it is not the first time we receive inquiries about very similar set ups, a quick research has shown us that there is no such company registered in Spain by the name of Sotorrio, and neither is there any company by the name of Sotorrio based on the mentioned address.
All we can suspect is that after emailing the copies of the Reclaim Certificates the consumer will be contacted for a payment of supposed fees or taxes that are due before they can receive the awarded money into their accounts.
Please do not pay to Sotorrio as there won’t be any payment into your account!
If you have been contacted by Sotorrio from 0034 959 17 01 01 about your Reclaim or Cashback certificate, please do let us know
You can email us at email@example.com or place a comment on this blog.
