Yet again we have a cold calling Liquidators office, this time by the name of Belardes.
They mention on the paperwork Belardes SA which would mean they are registered in the Spanish Companies House. We have checked the registered and there is no such company under the name Belardes.
Same story as the other so called liquidator’s offices that all seem to be located in the same town, and all claim to be appointed by the court to handle the pay outs to the holders of a Reclaim Certificate.
The name of the agent is Simon Ortega and the supposed address for Belardes is Calle Marina 16-2, Huelva 21001, Spain

After the initial call, they require a copy of all documents by email or fax. Again an office where conventional post cannot be received and will be returned unopened in case mailed by the customer.
This time they go as far as recommending being careful with “private” companies claiming to be able to help, as most of the time they will be asking for fees…
And Belardes is going to do this for free?
Please note that there is no such thing as liquidators appointed by the court to handle pay outs on Reclaim Ltd certificates.
