Did you receive an email or letter from Swift Release Claims?

A new claims company has been brought to our attention by the name of Swift Release Claims.

This company does not do cold calling, but they do seem to have the email address and home address of the customer, which is obviously private data that should be protected.

Without explaining where they obtained the customers details, they offer to help with claims for refunds of money paid to for example Incentive Leisure Group, Personal Travel Group, etc.

Swift Release Claims has a website www.swiftreleaseclaims.co.uk which was registered on the 22nd of July 2013.

They did not register though the company itself at the UK Companies House or with the Ministry of Justice.

Neither does the website of Swift Release Claims actually provide the details of where they are based.

The only contact details are the telephone 0113 868 0001 the fax 0113 301 0223 and the email address info@swiftreleaseclaims.co.uk

Not really a great deal of info for a company that pretends that you trust them with your claim..

They do mention “affordable prices” which supposedly is a one off charge including all the fees to start taking action.

With the above information we certainly would recommend to be careful when dealing with Swift Release Claims.

Have you received any communication from Swift Release Claims from 01138680001 in the UK or Spain?

I was sent forms to fill in including a affidavit which I sent back .I sent a disbursement of
£1,017.67 A lady called Giselle Galloway called me several times and seemed very
pleasant and keeping me informed. eventually told me that I had won the case
and I would receive a sum of £8,619.00. I was then put in touch with a accountant

hi, we are receiving calls from swift release claims at present. they are very pushy about us letting them claim back money. we have been caught before by two companies and are very wary of going down that road again.
can we sell our time share ( club class) or are we being conned again?

October 10th 2013. I’ve also just recieved a call (number withheld) I am also ex directory, about a minor car accident I am supposed to have had within the last 2 years. Which of course I haven’t.
Asian sounding guy called DJ. I asked where this information was found and he mumbled something about a Uk National Survey Department. I managed to extract a phone number from him on the basis that there might be some fraudulent activity going on here – someone impersonating me, etc etc. but do not plan to follow it up as then I’ll probably be put onto another data base, but if anyone out there has more time than me this is the number he gave me 0800 482 1940.

  8. Alan says:

I’ve just been contacted, by phone (I am ex-directory????), by a young sounding man, I think possibly of Asian origin, giving the name ‘Harry’, from ‘Swift Release Claims’.
All the usual patter about holidat timeshare companies being taken to court recently and how I can claim some money back now. He says he’s going send an email with all their details on etc. etc…..
Just another scum-bag set-up no doubt.

  9. naomi says:

Hi I received a call yesterday from a woman from Eureka Property who wanted me to attend a meeting in Dartford in Kent or possibly Gatwick to “dispose” of my timeshare. I said that I didn’t want to travel so she said she would email me details of their service. This hasn’t arrived so far! Regards Naomi
