We had the suspicion for some time now, but the latest investigations have revealed some worrying links between Club Class Group of Companies, ITRA- the International Timeshare refund Action and Voyager Travel / Lifestyle Holidays.
Club Class, ITRA and the companies Voyager Travel & Lifestyle Holidays Group seem to share a lot of “businesses” and even go as far as selling each other’s products or refer customers to the other after taking their money for undelivered services.
This alliance between these two groups of companies is very worrying as neither of them so far has shown their real intention to help consumers with their problems of relinquishment, resale or disposal.
It is to be pointed out that Lifestyle Holidays and several companies from the Club Class Group of Companies share one and a same address in Gibraltar, the one at Garrison House – 3 Library Ramp – PO Box 847 – Gibraltar.
This address is used by many other companies, not even timeshare related, but adding up the coincidence of the address with the sale of each others products and services…it looks like one more indication we are looking in the right direction.
Apart from the company being registered in the Seychelles, which is also the case of many companies that belong to the Club Class Group.
During some time the Agreement from Voyager Travel / Lifestyle Holidays included as “a gift” the membership to Leisure Alliance. Leisure Alliance we know is the brand name used by Club Class for their Discount Travel Membership Club (DTMC). And customers of Voyager were given this Membership for “free”, not always being completely aware that after a year they would receive yet another bill for membership fees of yet another discount club.
Why would you want anyway an additional membership in Leisure Alliance if Voyager Travel / Lifestyle Holidays are supposed to give you all the discounts for travel?
After the police intervention in July at the Voyager Travel / Lifestyle Holidays offices in Arguineguin in Gran Canaria, it looks like though that ITRA has also become pro-active with referring their clients to the connected companies of Voyager Travel Group.
Consumers who paid for the disposal service through ITRA were also offered a “free holiday” to Gran Canaria to meet up with the legal consultants of Canarian Legal Alliance – CLA who could help them with a claim against their timeshare resort or finance company.
We cannot stress enough to the Timeshare Owners that these companies are certainly not to be trusted and in case you are invited to their meetings or referred to their connected companies, be very careful!
If you have paid ITRA for a disposal service and they now refer you to another company for a compensation claim, please also let us know, as most probably this is a company connected to Voyager Travel / Lifestyle Holidays.
If you have been dealing with any of the above companies or connected companies, such as Multi Claims, Cancelourtimeshare, Knightsbridge Consultants, Canarian Legal Alliance, Sunline Advisory, etc. then please do let us know.
