Direct Action Group the Company that recovers your money and more..

justice

A new cold caller has been spotted by the name of Direct Action Group.

This company is based in Spain, at C/ Velero, Edif San Sebastian 4,2,2 – Algarrobo Costa.

Their contact number is a Spanish mobile +34 611 261 007 and their email address is: directaction@outlook.com

Direct Action Group is one of those companies that contacts Timeshare owners and seem to have all the information available on their Holiday Membership but also about the companies that may have defrauded them previously.

Direct Action Group claims to be working directly with the Spanish Courts, and they have a good chance to recover the money paid previously as a deposit to bogus resale companies.

And not only that! They can even recover the full amount of money that was actually promised for the resale of the Timeshare / Holiday Club Membership.

That is a lot of money!

All the Timeshare owner needs to do is pay £1000 upfront for the service of Direct Action Group to release the money.

This will take between 21 to 42 working days but then the Timeshare owner can expect a Cheque or Bank Transfer from Direct Action Group.

Please note that there is no such company registered in Spain under the name of Direct Action Group and neither is there any at the fore mentioned address.

Cold calling, knowing you have been cheated before and asking for more money for supposed court cases and release of money..it is certainly does not look good and we would strongly recommend not having any dealings with this company.

If you have been cold called by Direct Action Group from 0034 611261007 in Algarrobo, then please let us know.

Thank you for your alert re Direct Action. A Mark Sawyer has phoned me twice recently (last today) claiming monies (which seem to increase like Topsy) awaiting payment to me following a
court action in Madrid against Silver Lining-he seems informed about my dealings with Club Class
and subsequent bogus operators who have scammed monies from me. He also seems to suffer short term ;memory loss as our last conversation ended by him intending to advise the Court I was
declining the award! I recognise this man’s voice but previously under a different name/company
    wickedness prospers!

Justin Gilson was an official of Club Class. So of course he has access to the details of “holiday membership and the companies that may have defrauded them previously” as cited by Alberto. He was part of the operation!!!!!
The question is whether he is still operating with his former Club Class cronies or has he started out on his own because of the increasing bad publicity about Club Class?
I am surprised that he is still using his real name as he is an accomplished and proven liar. And I told him so in our last conversation when he was trying to claim Club Class membership fees from me last year. I had refused to pay any further monies for an incompetent, lying and dishonest service over ten years ago.
    He never called me back.

    Dear Sir,

Received a call from Direct action group asking us to send them another £1000

so we can get our money back from our sapphire club class, I checked on the web and came upon your site saying this was another cold calling trying to extract more money from us.

We thought it was a bit to obvious as they want money straight away and we think we have given them enough of our hard working money.

The phone number is the same as is the address, the gentleman’s name, ( if you can call him that I could think of some other names to call him,) was Mr Ryan Davies. Hope this will help other people in the same situation.

As you will in no doubt we will not be parting with any more money.
    Mr B

Just received through the post a letter regarding Prestige membership saying that we have not returned a completed “Membership Application ” contract that was sent to us on 5/26/2011. It also states that there have been ” allegations that are wholly untrue and have been maliciously misconstrued by events involving unrelated companies ” etc etc. they also say that they are investigating the culprits responsible for these false claims and slander!!! The name at the bottom is Justin Gilson but pp’d S P Stony ( could be mistaken as it is somewhat illegible.) will this saga ever end?

  5. Lorraine says:

We had a call yesterday afternoon! They referred to us as RCI members but we haven’t been members for many years. Maybe someone at RCI is providing old lists?
