A new cold calling Timeshare resale company has been spotted by the name of ExSolGroup.
This cold caller approaches Timeshare owners and seem to know already what their membership is and their intention to sell.
The ExSolGroup agent explains lengthy how successful they are and how well they arrange the resales of Timeshare weeks and points.
Once they have the attention of the owner, a quick follow up call is received with the great news that a buyer has been found for the Timeshare.
After yet again a long and detailed explanation on how things will work, the fact the owner needs to send of the deeds and the money will be transferred to his account…the owner is informed he will need to pay 1200 euros of a Refundable Guarantee to get it all sorted.
That is an illegal upfront payment and obviously ExSolGroup does not seem to be aware of the current legislation.
On top of it the money is actually processed through a 3rd party service provider called Delta from Palma de Mallorca. The credit card terminal details from the BBVA bank and the number of the commercial entity: 064151867
The website of this cold calling Timeshare Resale Company ExSolGroup is www.exsolgroup.com (inactive) which was registered on the 20th of September 2013 and www.exsolgroup.net
Address of ExSolGroup is Caretera D’Arta 10, 07400 Alcudia, Mallorca, Islas de Baleares, Spain.
Contact number is a Spanish mobile: 0034 634 126 376 and landline: 0034 931 845 556
As they cold call, and ask for an upfront fee to process a timeshare resale, we don’t recommend dealing with this company when trying to sell your membership.
If you have been contacted by ExSolGroup from +34 634126376 in Mallorca for the resale of your Timeshare, then please let us know.
You can email us at customercare@mindtimeshare.com or place a comment on this blog.
We seem to have been duped into selling our Holiday Club. This is too Exsol Group based in Mallorca, Spain, Baleares. We have given them 1228 euros and have been told that they have a purchaser willing to pay £9500. Not heard from them since.
Hi everyone we have been contacted by this company and I have just let the woman rattle on as I know this is a sc** …I have been here before and paid the money then nothing ,we we’re lucky we got our money back because we had paid it on a credit card and it was proved and with the insurance we got it back …..we we’re told the only way you can sell a time share and that’s the legal way ,just like selling a house with your own solicitor, also you can not sell your timeshare if your fees are not up to date “…….please be careful everyone …just run a mile ……
This man has duped me and taken my money , Colin Bryant , and don’t trust Julie either they are both cr****. I WAS PROMISED £5,800 AND NOW THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. BE WARNED. I’LL HAVE THEM IN COURT!!!!!! 100% guarantee a buyer colin bryant said. don’t trust him ever,
We have recently been contacted by Exsol with exciting news that they can sell our Lion Resorts Timeshare. Julie contacted us in the first instance to find out if we wanted to sell & a couple of days later phoned again to say that she had found a buyer and that he was arranging finance. The next call came from Colin Bryant who was very pleased to advise us that the purchaser was ready to pay his deposit & we would be contacted agian when the deposit was paid. Colin duly phoned again today and congratulated us on selling our timeshare. He went so far as to name the purchaser and then spent about 30 minutes explaining the procedure and safeguards to me. I was waiting with baited breath for the sting to come & sure enough he finally asked for a “Default Guarantee” to be paid by either debit or credit card. This was to cover their costs if they needed to pursue us if we accepted the purchasers money but did not forward our signed surrender papers. The amount of this default guarantee was GBP 1,125.00. This was when my husband took over the phone call & told Colin that we did not want to do business with him & that he should go f*** himself and terminated the call. BE WARNED – THIS IS A SC**.
I have just been phoned by Boon Legal Associates they told me they have a cheque for me from the holiday club I was involved with but I have to pay £1.904 for tax before they can release my cheque can u tell me if this is another scam I told him it was if I have to pay up front he said that it is for tax in Spain thanks.
Funnily enough, I had a call from Julie at Exsol a couple of weeks ago offering to find a buyer for my Lion resorts week. I had a call from her today saying she has a buyer offering £16,500 & she will ‘put it through the finance check to ensure he has the money’. Once this is done she will send out a contract for us to sign & return. No word of us paying anything, just that the client will also pay all the solicitor’s fees & any transfer fees. Do we trust her? Well?
