Have you been contacted by We Take on Claims?

WARNING2

A rather strange cold calling company seems to be very active lately by the name of We Take on Claims.

We Take on Claims is a cold caller and the person calling is Stuart Harris who says he is a Legal Counsel.

Stuart Harris explains in details that those consumers who have bought from different bogus companies such as Carpe Diem, DWVC, Alvita Holidays, etc can claims through the “The Timeshare Appellate Court”.

This is the first time we actually hear about such a court existing.

Stuart Harris explains in a follow up email the procedures of his company We Take on Claims. He mentions that their Legal Department will study the case to establish the veracity of this claim. The in 48 -72 hours they will get back to the customer and explain what they will need.

The Consumer will not have to travel to Spain or anywhere. We Take on Claims or their Legal Department has branches in UK and Spain with Legal consultants within the UK. All these legal people will be working on behalf of the consumer.

The email actually states further:” We will provide you with a minimum of two settlement offers within 60 days of the receipt of the signed agreement contract. The settlement will usually be a minimum in the region of 60% – 70% of the total monies paid by yourself upto a 100% plus Legal Costs plus damages…”

Sounds all too good to be true and we are afraid it is actually too good to be true.

Contact details for Stuart Harris at We Take on Claims are email stuart.harris@lawyer.com and telephone 0203 1372 675

So many branches but not one address mentioned on the email. No website, no actual names of any legal person involved, nothing, apart from a cold call.

We certainly do not recommend this company We Take on Claims and we would say to be very cautious when dealing with Mr. Stuart Harris from 02031372675.
