Timeshare Exit Services TES, the cold calling Timeshare reseller.

A new cold caller has been pointed out to us, under the name of Timeshare Exit Services.

This company Timeshare Exit Services or TES is actually registered at the UK companies House with registration number 8595658 and address Third Floor, 207 Regent Street, London.

This address is known by us as this has been used for several other dubious companies mentioned on our blog.

TES also runs a website www.teslimited.co.uk which was registered on the 4th of July 2013 by a Mr. Patrick O’ Doherty.

It might be coincidence but it has been noticed that most consumer approached by this company are owners at the Paradise Kings Resort. In the year 2006 the Resort director was a Mr. Patrick O ‘Doherty.

It is not clear if it handles here the same individual.

Contact details are telephone: 0153 6414 612 and email: admin@teslimited.co.uk

Apart from the cold call, TES or Timeshare exit Services requires a payment of £250 for publicity costs and only then after the sale has been processed they will charge a 5% over the purchase price as their commission.

Keeping in mind that cold caller should be treated with caution, we certainly recommend this as well with TES – Timeshare Exit Services.

If you have been contacted by Timeshare Exit Services from 01536414612 we would like to know.

One Response to Timeshare Exit Services TES, the cold calling Timeshare reseller.

  1. Plr says:

    Hello
We have a timeshare with Paradise Kings Resort which we want to sell. We tried to register this with a good legitimate UK based timeshare resale company only to be told by this resale company, that Paradise Kings Resort will not allow them to complete any sales???? As we could not believe this, we emailed the resort for clarification and have received the follow response from them:

“Please be advised that we have endeavoured to establish a working
relationship with several UK resale companies. We were disappointed
with the ethical standards employed by these UK companies.
The Board of Directors have now appointed a preferred exit strategy
    partner,

    TES Limited.

Please confirm by return that you agree for us to list your week and
pass your details onto TES Limited and a member of their staff will contact
    you. ”

Whilst waiting for the above reply we managed to register the timeshare with 2 other recommended UK based resale companies. But I have to say that we are worried (should they find a buyer) like the resale company above, they will also not be able to complete the sale of our timeshare. Needless to say we do not want to use TES Limited, but feel we are being forced into this to get rid of our timeshare. Any help and advise would be most appreciated
