NP Legal Services, the cold calling lawyers with money waiting to be paid out.

Yes NP Legal Services a new cold caller has yet again a pitch which we have heard many times before.

They contact Timeshare Consumers and explain about the court case that has taken place against their timeshare / Holiday Company and even better, the case is settled and money awarded to the victims.

A large amount of money is waiting to be paid out to the Timeshare Consumer in the way of a banker’s draft.

Obviously NP Legal Services is not working for free, so over this large amount of money they do charge a 10% which quickly adds up to amounts close to the £2000

This charge has to be paid into a bank account under an individual’s name in Spain.

We have done research on NP Legal Services and we have not found any company registration in Spain under such name. Neither is there a company under the name of NP Legal Services at the given address:

Seen the above and the fact they cold call and ask for money upfront we certainly recommend caution with this “legal” company.

We have this morning had a call from McBain Legal Services Fuengirola to tell us that they have £9,600 that has been awarded by the Courts, we just need to accept this offer in return of 680 euros for their fees. We were just starting lunch and said we would ring back. Instead they rung us and told them we were not interested and she said “that’s not very nice” and we put the phone down.

yes they have been trying to persuade me in sending £1500 to them as there fee, before as they say will then send me my £16,795.00 held my a solicitor which they would not tell who they where I have been advised my a Spanish solicitor don’t touch them its a sc**

had a call from NP Legal Services. they said they had taken over a ramerez ramerez case that had now been awarded by courts. just need to accept the offer but pay their fee of 10% to release funds. the details they had must be from 7 years ago a reseller blag that I’d written off years ago. documents look amateurish and the bank transfer details is to a named person cs lamb deutsche bank
address is same street as reclaim and ramerez dodge solicitors.

I had a call yesterday from RC Legal Services re Club Class. They say that they can recover money on a no win no fee basis. They asked if I held any paperwork or credit card receipts. I told them no and stated that I was very suspicious of any calls in connection with Club Class. She then terminated the call. Are you aware of this company?
