Yesterday the Daily Mirror published article in the Daily Mirror about the company Monster Travel.
The link is http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/andrew-penman-monster-travel-good-3052843#.UuD0lWTFKX0
As you can see, Andrew Penman, reporter for the Daily Mirror, questions in this article the supposed guaranteed resale of a Timeshare which was promised to customers by Monster Travel in exchange of buying into their Monster Credits Scheme.
What is described in the article is exactly the same as the stories we have heard from the numerous timeshare owners who have written to us and of course what we subsequently have described in our blogs about Monster Travel and Sellmytimeshare.tv
For those who have had dealings with these companies, the article will certainly sound familiar to them!
One thing is that people have the desire or need to sell their timeshare and something else is that companies such as Monster Travel take advantage of people’s situation and push them into buying other products paying thousands of pounds and not even selling their original timeshare at all!
Have you been contacted by Sellmytimeshare or Monster Travel for a resale of your Timeshare? Then please let us know.

A Julie Smyth from Sellmytimeshare phoned a couple of weeks ago. They are “sole agents” for the Russian market. Minimum price £3,000 for my timeshare, but I would have to buy £1,500 travel credits from Monster Travel, to be used when I book flights. When she phoned again, I had checked them out on your website. Told her I am not paying any money at all to get rid of my timeshare, as I do not see the point. I also received an e-mail signed by a Julie Nicholas.
Don’t be c***** like us. Credit card company would not refund payment made even after a cancellation letter sent to offices in Tenerife & returned not collect by monster travel. Any help with this would be appreciated.
