A new cold caller this week by the name of Etna Solutions International.
A cold calling Timeshare resale company, who contacts Timeshare owners with yet again the story about a guaranteed resale for their ownership.
Etna Solutions International has a website www.etnasolutionsinternational.com which seems quiet elaborated, although there appears to be a mixture between being a Timeshare resale company and a travel agent.
What isn’t mentioned though is a proper company Identification or registration.
The address as per the website is Cuesta Santo Domingo 3, 28013 Madrid, Spain
Telephone: 00 34 611 367 182 and Email: info@etnasolutionsinternational.com
After the first call, Etna Solutions International quickly returns to the Timeshare owner with a firm offer and buyers already transferring the money for the sale.
All the Timeshare owner needs to do now is pay a £1000 security bond…
Obviously the fact they give it a nice sounding name doesn’t take away they are asking for an upfront fee which is still illegal as per the Timeshare Directive and a genuine resale company would know that.
So seen the above information, the cold call, no proper company info and the request for an upfront fee, we really would recommend to be cautious with Etna Solutions International.

We have also been told by ETNA Solutions International that they have SOLD our Silver Membership of Club Class Travel and have the funds in their account. So far,so good. But
to send us our funds they need a Spanish NIE number. We have never even heard of this
bit of bureaucracy! However ,no problem, they will contact the National Notary Office to check.
30 minutes later I am telephoned by a charming lady who tells me she is calling from the Notary
office in Malaga. She needs my dob to check for my number. 15 minutes later she calls back,
I am not on the list of holding a Spanish NIE number, I therefore do not exist, therefore the notary
cannot send us our funds which they now tell me they are holding. But for a fee of £1500 this can be issued. I notice that although both the letter and invoice are written on ‘Consejo General del Notariado’ headed paper and shows the emblem of the ‘Notarios de Europa’ that (1)the Invoice is not numbered (2)payment due in GBP (3)payment to an individual
(4)correspondence is in English only.
We are not proceeding with the requested payment at this moment!
I have been promised a sale of our timeshare by Etna Solutions International . We have not taken it any further as yet, because they want 1200 Euros and as we have been caught before are very reluctant to part with any more money. Please let us know if you have been successful, but be very wary. Carole
Bet you paid them £1200. Let us all know if it worked when and if you get their cheque.
I HAVE BEEN TOLD MY TIMESHARE HAS BEEN SOLD AND DOCUMENTS ARE IN THE POST.
HAS ANY BODY SOLD THEIR TIMESHAR THROUGH THIS COMPANY
