Eurafric the latest brand name used by ITRA – International Timeshare Refund Action

nowin

ITRA wouldn’t be ITRA if they wouldn’t change their name every now and then, or utilise another company to invite consumers who end up the same in a ITRA meeting.

The latest name used for ITRA is Eurafric and they even created a website which is identical to other ITRA websites. www.eurafric.net

The contact details on this website are a telephone  0208 166 9881 used by other brand names from ITRA as well such as Cancel Our Timeshare and Multi Claims.

Contact email is email@eurafric.net

For those consumers not familiar with ITRA – International Timeshare Refund Action, please have a look at all the articles we published on this blog. The link is: https://mindtimeshare.me/?s=ITRA

ITRA seems to be very active lately with invitations to their “claims centres” based in several locations of the UK and Spain.

The invitations are based on a presentation on how to join a No Win No Fee class action against the consumer’s timeshare company. But at the actual meeting the consumer is soon proposed to join other more specific claims against their resort, and this comes with a price tag of several thousand pounds which has to be paid up front.

They also offer a “disposal” service which again comes with the  a cost of around £5000 and from which we have received numerous complaints as it seems not all timeshares are disposed of and consumers end up with £5000 less in their pocket, a timeshare claiming the maintenance fees and the original deeds in hands of ITRA.

If you have received an invitation from ITRA or maybe Eurafric with contact number 02081669881 then please let us know.

Another instance of £380 charge to “terminate our membership” and “all arrears will be waived” followedby a not-so-veiled threat to commence further action. Payment should be sent to Sochalls – the same “solicitor”who took the payment for the original membership at a meeting to get us out of our original timeshare with Petchey Leisure and held by ITRA. Ain’t life grand?!

    All the best, June.

    From Pat
Recently received a demand from Euroafric for the sum of £665 being, they claim for unpaid annual subscriptions to Club Class Concierge. This was arrange by ” 1 2 Buy ” a company that was supposedly trying to sell my timeshare in Corfu. They claimed that this would facilitate and speed up the sale. Having naively accepted that they were genuinely working on my behalf I foolishly signed forms and paid over monies. They never did sell my timeshare.
I have never used Concierge and never intended to. Now 8 years later out of the blue comes this demand
Question–Should I pay up or just ignore it ???????????
P.S. I understand that this firm (Concierge) is now defunked and not operating.

HI MR Tay, don’t get s*** by AJ, they used itra to s**** customers down to buy their reality Access, Singapore is not allow to sell time share but they used another method to s*** the singaporean. The peter micth so call the Jone Hanvey John is the head of the s******. he is the director of the company. I also dunno itra know about what he doing a not, if really a refund is really good for the consumers. But why u have to used so many names-change company-to cover yourself, even the company don’t even have a signage. I really hope Itra wake up to clear the mess..dont lets our singaporean get s***** by this person again.

  4. Mike says:

Just received a letter from Eurafric contact no. 0208 166 9852 (Signed Maxwell Hamilton) giving me two choices either:
Pay £250 to re activate membership or
Pay a one off contract release charge of only £350 to cancel.

Letter also states Eurafric are responsible for administering all Club Class and Leisure Alliance membership products.

  5. Alan says:

I have recently been contacted with an ITRA sub group, AJ Chartered Consultancy based in Singapore. Similar to what was mentioned in the article, they claimed to be a no win no fee based of ‘service’. Regardless, there is much alarm and similarity in the operation as other ‘legal’ companies that somehow gotten our details and claim to be ‘helping’ us.

No, Eurafric has never come my way nor has ITRA. I am very chary these days on what I say (or don’t say) on the telephone. My main ‘beef’ about today’s callers is that they immediately request an audience without giving the slightest hint of who they are. Regards. Marrion
