Westbury Group Solutions, the cold calling claims Company from Torremolinos

A new cold calling company has been brought to our attention by the name of Westbury Group Solutions SL.

Indeed this company seems to be registered at the Spanish Companies House since November 2013

The address of the company is C/ Carlota Alessandri 39, Torremolinos, Malaga, Spain although for submitting the paperwork they use a postbox address: Apartado de Correos 425, 29620 Torremolinos.

Contact telephone 0845 527 5568 and emails; westbury.gs@outlook.com , westburygroupsolutions@outlook.com or

Westbury also has a website http://westburygroupsolutions.com/ which was registered at the beginning of January 2014.

The offer from Westbury Group Solutions is to mediate for the Timeshare owner in the supposed court cases which are held against their Holiday companies.

The agent from Westbury Group seems to know an awful lot about the membership of the consumer and all details seem to be at hand.

Westbury Group Solutions offers to put a claim into the court, but of course the court fees need to be paid prior to this. Rest assured though that once the claim is settled the £500 court fees will be recovered. Even if the case is not settled, the consumer will still get his money back.

Seen the fact this company is cold calling and seems to be in possession of a lot of personal information from the consumer, apart from the court fees that need to be paid upfront, we certainly would recommend caution when dealing with this company!

If you have been approached by Westbury Group Solutions from 08455275568 in Torremolinos for a court case against your Holiday Company, then please let us know.

  5. Brian says:

Once again another cold caller, this is the third time I have been called, this time by a lady (loosely called a lady) named Laura Smith. As soon as I put the phone down I checked your very good site only to find yet another company trying to extort money from hard working people, have these people got no conscious how do they sleep at night. Like everyone else I just wish they would stop calling, will it never stop ? Laura will be ringing me again tomorrow so I shall have a few words to say to her, and they wont be polite.

  6. Sue says:

I have also been contacted on three or four occasions by Westbury Group Solutions, two or three times by David Sturridge and again this morning by a Richard Davenport. I agree with all that has been written, they want money up front and you just know its going to be a con, again. I too would be very grateful to know if there is a genuine company out there who will do an honest job for us people. They claim they have been 100% successful in getting money back for people but when you ask them for a name so that you can contact that person to make sure it is genuine, they are miraculously unable to give you one.

  7. Pricia says:

I was contacted on 21st February by a lady called Denise Thomas. She asked if I had lost money to bogus firms promising to sell our time share for us. I agreed that ages ago, I had lost twice to firms who had asked for money up front and would not be so stupid or do so again. She said if I had details of the bank account numbers that our money had been transferred to then she was sure they could be traced and Westbury Group could get it returned. She asked what the numbers were and I said although I could remember the names of the companies concerned, I couldn’t remember their bank account details off the top of my head. She said she would ring again next Friday (28/2) by which time I could get the details to hand. She did not mention any charges that Westbury Group might ask me for. Thanks for the warning as when she does ring back I will not be answering.

  8. michael says:

i have been contacted by mr david sturridge of westbury group solutions regarding timeshare in malta i tried to sell (ten times unsuccessfully) at a cost of £10000approx. every time i contacted the company involved they vanished

  9. Gordon says:

A few minutes ago I received a telephone call from a female calling from Westbury Group Solutions in Malaga offering to sell my timeshare. The one I didn’t know I had. I told her Westbury must be one of about 70 other such companies setting up and operating out of Spanish territory that I am aware of, all demanding money to…….. the line then went dead. That says it all.

  10. Brian says:

I to have been approached by Westbury Group solutions saying they can recover a sum of money which I paid to Harlequin solutions who promised to sell my Timeshare. Westbury said they could recover something in the region of £ 6000 but they want £500 for. Barristers fee to commence proceedings, this is when I decided not to go any further as it seems all a fr***. Brian

  11. Barry says:

I also have just been contacted by Westbury Group Solutions. As above is there any company out there that you can completely trust.
The idea of paying money upfront puts me off straight away.
Thank goodness their is your website to check these people out before departing with your hard earned cash.

  12. Steve says:

    Valerie February 12th,
I also have had a message from Westbury Group Solutions, The man called ” Richard” was very polite and professional but I havent called him back as the phone number left was not a UK number. Is there any trustworthy company out there where I can get all or some of my money back?

  13. Cathy says:

I have been contacted by Westbury Group Solutions. I was out when they called the first time and the caller left a message. He wasn’t very good as it was obvious he was reading from a script and was making a complete hash of it. He then rang again today and he had obviously been practising as he demonstrated a bit more competency. He did say the company was based in Spain which set alarm bells and when I asked him how he had got my number he couldn’t answer me it also through him as he wasn’t expecting the question. I am getting fed up of receiving these calls and always return to your website to check the company out. If you are aware of any successful claims I would be interested in receiving the testimonial.
