Resort Premium Services or RPS a new company for Fly Buy Holidays.

RPS

A new cold caller has been spotted by the name of Resort Premium Services.

Their relatively new website: http://resort-ps.com/  was registered at the end of January 2014.

Resort Premium Services has caught our attention, as once again there is no actual identification of any company on their web, no registration and as a matter of fact not even an address. Well they mention a telephone number 0044 (0)161 850 1138 which supposedly is from their “Tenerife Office”.

On their cold call which are clearly directed to Timeshare owners, they offer 3 weeks of accommodation for £450, to be taken between now and 2018 for up to 6 people in 5-star accommodation. This package is described as a “long term member Loyalty Bonus for timeshare members”.

One does question where they have obtained the client’s details from…

We have done some research about Resort Premium Services and we must say that there are some worrying connections.

First of all there is a clear connection with a company called Let’s Go Tenerife, a company set up by Eugen Kaiser the man behind the Voyager Group of companies.

Then there is also a connection with the company MM-Consultancy, again a company belonging to the group of Eugen Kaiser and no longer active.

The resorts in the Canary Islands mentioned on their website and probably the ones used for the 3 weeks accommodation offer, are known for their association with companies who offer presentations of Discount Travel Membership Clubs. Something that yet again takes us towards the group of companies of Voyager Travel or as they are selling it now: GO-Compass.

Please be careful when looking for Holiday deals, and do think twice before you submit your details to a company like RPS.

The fact they don’t disclose any information about the company, no address no nothing, they don’t mention a privacy policy either so your personal details can end up anywhere, and if taking up a holiday you will most probably end up in a sales presentation..

Sometimes cheap holidays turn out to be very expensive!

If you have been contacted by Resort Premium Services – RPS from 01618501138 then please let us have your feedback.

    Gus and Liz
We were called by RPS early last year. We have been timeshare owners since 1990, but needed extra holidays in 2015, so we took them up on their 3 week offer for £470. We checked their website and there were some resorts we wanted to use but not until mid 2015. We were chased by their rep to book a holiday in 2014, but this was nor convenient for us. We also received a letter with confirming details of our purchase, which also said we would have to attend a presentation. This was okay with us as we had been to several before and knew how to handle them, but we still wanted to use the 3 weeks holiday (separate weeks), including letting our daughter using one of the weeks, as allowed in their letter. However!!! we tried their website last week to book a holiday and found we could not access their website. WE them tried their email address and telephone number on the letter and found these not available. We presume the company has gone out of business, or changed its name and contact details. This is the first time we have been caught out in 25 years of timeshare, but since we presume there is no way of getting our money back, will have to put it down to experience. If anybody has any ideas about how to contact RPS then please let us know.

Hi. We have just had the 3rd cold call from these lot since feb this year. The sales girl claimed to be offering bonus weeks for RCI & II members as a “thank you” to long term timeshare & points owners. Despite telling her that she was most likely trying to sc** us she was desperate to try and flog us another week.
