A new cold calling Resale Company, Zappa Management & Consulting has been contacting Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Members over the past weeks.
Zappa Management & Consulting is calling from 0203 695 0485 and 01279882663 but then they claim to be based in Hertfordshire, although the company is registered in the United States.
The full address is THREMHALL Park Business Centre, Start Hill Bishop’s, Stortford, ESSEX CM22.

Zappa Management seems to be mainly targeting Club Class Members, but apart from assuring them they have a guaranteed sale for their Club Class Membership, they also offer a claim of monies paid to other bogus resale companies.
In order to do this, all they need is an upfront payment between £1500 and £2500 depending on the amount to receive from the sale and refund claims. Contract and other relevant information will only be submitted to the client if he pays, so it is not possible to look into the agreement prior to paying the fees.
Obviously this payment added up to the cold call doesn’t sound like a good idea, and even less taking into consideration they know all about the client’s membership and dealings with bogus companies. Such information is not just at hand for anybody…
Seen the above information, we certainly recommend caution when you are speaking to Zappa Management & Consulting!

WE WERE CONTACTED BY ZAPPA TODAY ASKING FORE SALE OF MEMBERSHIP AS THEY HAD A BUYER. NOTHING TO PAY INITIALLY BUT APPROX £2000 WHEN BUYERE DEPOSIT
THE FEE WE WILL THEN RECEIVE OUR MONEY BACK.
SOUNDS THE SAME AS BEFORE.

Hi just had a call from Zappa management saying they have a buyer for my club card willing to pay £9000.00 for it, but I would have to bond 1100 euros before they send me the necessary paperwork to sign and return before I would receive the payment.
I have also been contacted by this group who are very persistent and not at all happy that i refuse to do “business” with them
I have also paid them about £1600 for a so called deposit as they had a purchaser for my holiday club membership. This has been going on since the middle of March, but something strange is going on now. I had a phone call from them this morning warning me that they had had a computer problem and to add two letters to the end of my contract number, and if anybody else rang me I was to ask for my contract number before discussing anything with them. Low and behold two hours later I had a phone call to say that the purchaser had dropped out and that they would have to find a new purchaser.. When I asked for my contract number they said I hadn’t got one. They promised to find out who I spoke to earlier and ring me back, which didn’t happen. Even though Zappa is supposed to be in Bishops Stortford, I feel sure they are in Spain. This is where the company is that the money from my credit card, went to. I am now pretty sure that this is a scam, and the battle will have to commence to get the return of my money. Luckily I have recorded all the phone calls, so have proof of what was said.

Have tried to cancel an upfront payment made by my mother by returning their documents unsigned by recorded delivery as stated in their “agreement”. Sent two sets, one to the Bisthop’s Stortford address quoted above which is being returned as sender refused to accept the letter. The other I sent to Gatwick Airport in the envelope they supplied for the return of the signed agreement. I haven’t seen this address listed anywhere but that letter was delivered, so don’t know if they’ve moved.
3rd april have been contacted by ZAPPA MANAGEMENT wanting to buy my holiday club membership which sounded great with no cost to myself until they hit me with the truth it would cost me £1850 refundable deposit ,not bad for not costing me anything, and then found out it is a **** i am pleased i looked at your site ,cheers
No I have not had any extraneous calls for the past few days. However during the present week I have to be out for most of the day. About10 days ago I had a call at 9.15 p.m. but I refused to answer his questions. He did not say who he was. Regards Marrion
