An apparent new company has started their cold call campaign recently and they work under the name of Timeshare Reclaim Legal Services.
The agent from Timeshare Reclaim Legal Services seems to have all the Membership details at hand from the consumer.
In a cold call to a Club Class Member the agent stated that the courts in Madrid had given a judgement against Club Class and that people who bought membership could get monies back and also loyalty rewards.
That is a new one, as we have no knowledge at all about the “court in Madrid” doing this judgement, as a matter of fact there is no knowledge about a court case at all!
As per the agent, the consumer can claim back the money under a Class Action and Timeshare Reclaim Legal Services can do this for him.
The costs would be a 30% over the refunded money on a No Win No Fee basis.
So who is this Timeshare Reclaim Legal Services?
There is a website for this company http://www.timesharereclaims.com/ which was registered on the 27th of November 2013.
There is no Company registration number on the website or any other company details or details of the supposed lawyers working for this company.

That phone number is not even the area code for Truro and there is no such building or office number as 2225.
Obviously false details for a sc** company.
On the http://www.companiesinthuk.co.uk website there is a company with the same name, registered at: THE FLAT ABOVE 3A, BASSET ROAD, CAMBORNE, CORNWALL, TR14 8SE. The registration no. is 08782386, dated 19 November 2103. There are 2 directors, James Dunne, born November 1973 and Sean Thompson, born October 1972. Hope this helps.
