The company La Cala Dream Properties is cold calling Timeshare owners because they have found a buyer for their timeshare.
This is surprising to say the least, taking into account the Timeshare owner has not had any previous contact with La Cala Dream Properties about his desire to sell, and certainly not provided them with their personal contact and membership details.
But La Cala Dream Properties seems to be very good at their job, because they don’t only have buyers lined up, they even have the buyer already paying a substantial deposit to make sure he won’t miss out on the purchase.
La Cala Dream Properties claims to have over £2500 on hold as a deposit for the sale of the timeshare, and all this even before they have verified the Timeshare owner still owns the property and is actually in a position to sell.
Once they confirm the sale, they require the paperwork from the Timeshare owner. This paperwork needs to be submitted to a Solicitors office in La Cala de Mijas as well. These solicitors are called Cranbrook & Coleman Solicitors.

We have done research on both companies and we can confirm that there are no resale companies registered by the name of La Cala Dream Properties and neither at the (incomplete) address.
Neither are there any solicitors registered by the name of Cranbrook & Coleman, in La Cala de Mijas or Spain!
We certainly do NOT recommend having dealings with any of the two companies.
