A warning goes out for a company who has been spotted only this week and is using the name of Monclova.
Monclova has a very familiar pitch about being the liquidators of ILG and Reclaim and that they are appointed by the Spanish Government to pay out monies from the assets of the liquidation to the victims.
Monclova calls from 0034 955 300 162 and the agent is called Francisco Huerta.
Please note that there is NO company in Spain by the name of Monclova and they are certainly NOT appointed as liquidators of ILG or Reclaim.
If you are approached by Mr. Francisco Huerta or any other person claiming to be working for Monclova and using the telephone number +34 955300162, then please let us know.
Do NOT send these people any of your personal paperwork and certainly do NOT pay them for any service or document.

hi has anybodybeen contacted bytimeshare releas company slanlany neer heathrow her name christeen mills tel 08007720247 she said they dont sell or buy timeshares but get compansation and help to get out ownership they take 40ps of the money from the timeshare company then the will give me the rest of the fee paid out we dont give them any money at all any information on this would be good she is going to phone me back with a dession asap thanks
