Tour Mundial, dubious timeshare resale company is back!

Two years ago in March 2012 Mindtimeshare warned about the very dubious modus operandi of Tour Mundial, cold calling timeshare owners with firm resale offers.
This company claimed to operate from Seville, Southern Spain, although is not listed with the Spanish Companies House. Please read more at the following link – .
Suddenly this May Tour Mundial SA is back with the same timeshare resale modus operandi but claiming to be based in Madrid, and also targeting Norwegian nationals.
As already indicated this reseller is not listed with the Spanish Companies House. Alleged employees names: Elena Rodriguez and Svein Eriksen.
Alleged Adddres: C/ Orense 27, Madrid; Tel: 0034 602603365 (Mobile) and 0034917693079; E-mail: .
As always we strongly recommend readers of Mindtimeshare not to accept offers of companies cold calling.
Finally readers should be aware that the Spanish / EU Timeshare Directive forbids timeshare resellers to ask for upfront money to timeshare sellers.
