A new fly-buy company seems to be very active on cold calls lately. This company is called Mega Destinations.
Mega Destinations offers promotional stays to Timeshare owners, pretending to be connected to RCI. The accommodation they supposedly have on offer for these promotional stays are from the large timeshare companies such as Club la Costa, Diamond resorts, Interval International and RCI Inventory in general.
The offer includes 3 Luxury bonus weeks to be used between now and April 2018 for £470.
Supposedly the availability is `guaranteed` in all periods except Christmas and Easter and will therefore include school holidays. The agent assures there won’t be any further additional charges and there is no obligation to attend a presentation.
Once on the website though the Timeshare owner realizes quickly there is no Club la Costa or Diamond Resorts Inventory at all! Neither has this company any RCI inventory!
The website was registered on the 5th of April 2014, which seems a bit strange as they already have “testimonials” from happy consumers who seemed to have travelled months ago!
There seems to be no Companies House Registration in Spain or UK for a company by the name of Mega Destinations. Neither do they comply on the website with the law which stipulates a company should be duly identified. Nor are there any Terms and Conditions mentioned for the bookings.
Contact details for Mega Destinations are address: Chayofa Country Club, C/ Chayofa s/n Bajo, 38652 Chayofa, Arona, Tenerife, Spain.

The fact Mega Destinations is cold calling and pretending to be connected to RCI or the Timeshare owners home resort, gives us a reason to recommend all those contacted to be very cautious.
