A strange cold caller has been brought to our attention by the name of Wenware Administrators Ltd.

This company who claims to be based in Bilbao in Spain, cold calls Timeshare Consumers. They state that there has been a court case against those companies who have cheated the Timeshare owner before and are now apparently brought to justice.

Good news as always is that money has been awarded to the victims and Wenware Administrators Ltd are appointed to contact these victims and help them recovering their share of this money.

After the initial cold call, Wenware Administrators Ltd sends of a confirmation email where it becomes clear that the claim has been submitted already and they go as far as reconfirming all details of the claim including the amount awarded.

This is where it becomes rather confusing, as Wenware starts to quote all kind of registration numbers, amount of money recovered and a waffle between Spanish and English words related to the supposed court case.

They explain that as the claim has been successful the “Reino de España” needs a tax form to be completed, the “MODELO 214” Tax declaration with all kinds of complicated details.

“Settlement of the outstanding Tribunal account in line with European directives 91/308/EEC and 2011/97/EC payable direct to the Notary public official”.

The supposed representative of the notary is Wenware Administrators Ltd with Fiscal ID number: 67,44,317 (this number is made up!)

“Cuenta de notario public: £939.96”

As the above does not even apply to proper Spanish, we can only suspect that Wenware Administrators Ltd is expecting the Timeshare consumer to pay them £939.96 for their “services”

In spite of Wenware Administrators Ltd displaying a registration number and placing the Ltd after the company name, we have not been able to find a company registered in Spain by this name.

We strongly recommend to be very cautious when you are contacted by Wenware Administrators Ltd from +34 944580331 and certainly do NOT pay any money!
