The company Legal Prosecutors is doing an active call campaign this week and so far they have generated numerous inquiries.
Legal Prosecutors is targeting all those who previously dealt with Key Property Town Advisory-KPTS, Ramirez & Ramirez and Fuengirola Services 2002.
They go as far as telling all the consumers that they have “taken over” the pending court cases from the above mentioned companies and in a “mutual agreement” Legal Prosecutors have now been “appointed” to take over all pending cases.
We have to make clear here that it has never been proven that any of the previous companies really did any court cases or filed any demands in court. As a matter of fact, the paperwork they send to the consumers was incomplete and so far nobody has ever notified about a successful court case…
Then we should not forget either that the 3 companies above actually vanished or disappeared leaving all their customers behind with no possibility to contact them. Last one to leave was Ramirez & Ramirez in July of 2013, when all of the sudden their phone lines were cut off and emails were no longer replied to..
And now we are made to believe that Legal Prosecutors has actually been in contact with these companies, made an agreement and received all the paperwork from them in order to “continue” all these pending cases?

Obviously Legal Prosecutors are not working for free, and in spite of the fact that the customers of the mentioned companies have already paid hundreds of Pounds to get things going, they now need to pay a court fee.
Indeed in Spain there is a fee to be paid when placing a court demand, but were these demands not supposed to be presented already, and are “pending” as mentioned? Because if not, how does Legal Prosecutors explain all the payments made to these companies with which they have come to this agreement?
Where is the paperwork from the courts to proof these pending cases? Paperwork with their stamps and official signatures? Paperwork with the names of the people handling the case such as lawyers, prosecutors… Which court are they dealing with, which judge, which prosecutors? Who gave Legal prosecutors the Power of Attorney to handle a case in your name?
The above all seems rather odd, and we certainly would recommend extreme caution when dealing with Legal Prosecutors.

As I said in March Roisin was the name of the manager at Key Properties (later Ramirez & Ramirez). She was Roisin Kelly – so it reinforces my thoughts that she has moved on and is working for /with Legal Prosecutors and it could be R & R reinvented especially as it has been said she has all paperwork/ documents.
I received a call in February 2015 from Kurt – I asked for an email and received 6/2/15 the following: Dear Mr and Mrs W…. Further to your conversation with Kurt, please find attached letter for your attention I also attach copies of your co-signed contracts you held with Ramirez and Ramirez I will get Kurt to discuss as arranged Kind regards Roisin Kelly Manager
Virtually no punctuation!! The email contained a detailed letter (copy available if required) and images of the various document (copies of documents signed by us). I wasn’t prepared to pay the upfront fees (£239).
I received a call in August 2015 from Christina (I had forgotten the one from Kurt) and asked for an email and received 04/08/15: Dear Mr and Mrs W…..Further to your conversation with Christina, please find attached letter for your attention Christina will discuss as arranged Kind regards Roisin Kelly

I haven’t done anything about it and she again phoned last week, she is due to phone again this week as I still hadn’t done anything about it.
I’ve since researched Legal Prosecutors Ltd. The shares (1) are held by Roger James who is both the director and secretary. The registered office is as stated but their service office is: 2B Calle Profesor Santiago Rey, Benalmadena Costa, Malaga, Spain 29630 (sounds a bit familiar!!).
They filed an annual return on 30/01/2015 but there are no figures available.

I recd a phone call from LP followed by an email with letter dated June last year (!) requesting the usual £239. Have replied saying I wld accept a payment nett of any fees etc but wld NOT pay in advance. Surprisingly I have had no response!

I was contacted by David Brown from LP and he wanted £239 to take up our case to get our £4800 back.We had our timeshare at Beverly hills club, Tenerife from 1988 and loved it as it was much cheaper than holiday offers at the time.Yes there was lots of sales pressure to extend or buy points but we just told them we were not interested and no we wont be coming up to the office(They never even bothered for the last 8 years).
Through my wifes illness we did not want it anymore and all of the companies that called wanted money upfront which we always said “you sell it and give us whats left”. They never took us up on this which shows they just want cash up front to leg it with.
Finally there was going to be changes at BHC so I sent a letter quickly stating that we did not sign up for this and offered them our week as ‘A gift’ and they accepted.We were happy as we had 25 years of use and now no more maintenence fees.
As far as Legal Prosecutors go I phoned the fraud squad (www.actionfraud.police.co.uk).

They confirmed as far as they are concerned LP are fra****** and they will now investigate.
David Brown rang again the next day and he still said “I dont understand that as we work with the police”. The police fraud inform me they do not work with anybody else like this company.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES AND NEVER EVER PAY UP FRONT.
Try to give it away or use it, rent it out once/twice a year will pay for the fees and good luck to you all

Today 2nd June 2015, I received another phone call from Christina, of Legal Prosecuters telling me they can act on my behalf……email with details resent to me too.
I had a feeling this was yet ANOTHER scam to get my hard earnt money…!!

Have just had a phone call from a Christina of Legal Prosecuters say the same thing that they can act on my behalf and get my £18’000 pounds back from key property etc etc. She seem to know all the answers. She knew about a corrupt judge and all it would need was £239 pounds to get things moving and I should see results in about 8 months time. I am just glad I found this web page. Legal Prosecutors can SOD OFF. Loss enough money in the past trying to rid of my timeshare.
I have received several phone calls from a Lisa Burton of Legal Prosecutors and on 21st April 2015 a letter was sent to me with all the details asking for 239 pounds to cover the cast of registering my claim.Having lost money to Ramirez ,Travel World and Premier Class Holidays(all of which were written in the letter) I’m definitely not paying out more money.The letter asked me to send documentation.When I said I’d already destroyed all the paperwork she said it didn’t matter as they had it!!!

how come they have a london address with a manchester phone number
When I dialled the Manchester number the ring tone was the same as for calling Spain !!
Maybe the call is diverted through to Spain.

Have just received a call from Legal Prosecutors saying KPTA was in league with a corrupt judge & now LP can go ahead, under a new judge, with my claim against ILG/DWVC. They knew exactly how much I was claiming.I said I didn’t believe it and the employee said she “took offence to this.”

Have received some paperwork from LP and they have included a Co. Reg. No.8869380 which is interesting as I’ve never seen that before with sc** companied. They are asking for £239.98 which I have to pay as ”by law, since Oct 2012 all interested persons wishing to take cases forward must pay their Proviso de Fondos or Provision of Funds applicable as per Statute of Law called Ley de Tasa Judiciales 2012”
I will continue to string them along and try the no win/no fee tactic. If they try the escrow route I will give them details of either of my three legit Spanish solicitors – that usually brings them up short and I never hear from them again. At the end of the day we can all waste their time as they waste mine!!
I had a phone call this morning and bearing in mind the Ramirez experience, was quite dismissive of their sales patter. Regardless of this I received an e mail letter this afternoon asking for £239.98 for them to proceed and that I “will be sent documentation for signature in due course”1
Check their website it’s absolutely rubbish. You normally find that old employees of timeshare s*** companies setup on their own and this smacks of one of those occasions.
No I have not heard from :Legal Prosecutors but I did get involved with Ramirez some 2 or 3 years ago, and amazingly did manage to get my money
before in disappeared for eve into their coffers.from them. (The only firm I did get a refund from, sad to say.
