A totally new cold caller has been spotted under the name of VE Viajes.
This company is targeting as it seems mainly Polish Timeshare Owners. They contact them by phone, out of the blue and seem to have all their Timeshare Membership details.
VE Viajes explains they are a Travel Agency in Madrid who is also selling timeshare to other consumers and larger companies. Thanks to that they have actually clients waiting to purchase the exact membership of the owner. How lucky can you be?
The contact details of VE Viajes are: Paseo de la Castellana 60, planta 3, 28046 Madrid.
Telephone 0034 603 182 313 and Fax 0034 911 811 419
There is also a website of VE Viajes www.veviajes.com which does not seem to have anything to do with these people who are calling and offering timeshare resales although the logo has been copied from here.
After the initial contact, VE Viajes quickly explains that the supposed buyer is going to pay a deposit, but to make sure all will be processed correctly the selling Timeshare owner has also to pay a fee as guarantee.
Please note that any upfront payments for a timeshare resale are forbidden! The Timeshare Directive is clear on the fact that nobody selling their timeshare should pay any upfront fee and there are no exceptions.
We certainly do not recommend VE Viajes and please be cautious when dealing with this company.

Hi mindtimeshare,
I have received a couple of calls from a company called asset bond claiming to be able to get my Money back through the courts. They claim to be company registered with an 0207 number or An 0845 number. Sounded good until they asked me to go and pay over 900 pounds by western union. They claim to be totally different than all the rest but seems not. Please warn people. Thank you
