A new cold calling Timeshare resale company has been brought to our attention by the name of LL Tours and supposedly based in Madrid.
As several other bogus resale companies that have been active in the past few months, this one seems to be targeting only Dutch speaking Timeshare owners.
A lady called Sanne Rooduijn claims to be working for this company and is looking for Timeshare owners willing to sell as they have buyers waiting.

They also quote a website www.lltours.com.ve which is an existing web from a travel agency based in Venezuela! Nothing to do with Timeshare resale. No mention at all of a “branch” in Madrid and very doubtful that this is indeed the same company / people.
In the paperwork that Sanne Rooduijn kindly forward to the Timeshare owner, there is a sample agreement where the proposed selling price is mentioned. This price is far much higher than one would expect. But even more unexpected is the close to 3 thousand euros liability fee they request from the timeshare owner in order to process the sale.
So, to resume we have a cold calling company, claiming to be in Madrid, using a website from a company in Venezuela, stating they have buyers lined up who are willing to pay close to 40.000 euros for a membership and requesting a substantial upfront fee which is illegal, to process this sale.
We certainly do not recommend this company!
