We have a Disposal Company by the name of Bronze Services Europe, who seems to have been active for the past months. Bronze Services works on the basis of home visits in the UK.
The initial contact is made by a person from a so called Fly Buy company in Tenerife, on a cold call, and who then “kindly” passes the Timeshare owners’ details to Bronze Services Europe if they are looking for a disposal.
Although Bronze Services Europe uses a UK Address, Alma House, Coldhill Lane, Scarborough, the agent from Bronze Services Europe admits to be travelling from Tenerife.
Contact details are a Spanish mobile: 0034 672 594 598 or UK 0785 199 3923 and email sales@bronzeserviceseurope.com There is no working website for Bronze Services.
On the home visit, the Timeshare owner is explained about the possibility of exiting their timeshare, against a payment of a fee around £3000.
The fee for the disposal is payable to Bronze Services Europe Ltd trading as Time Share Exit & Disposal Services.

TSEDS is not the only company that seems to be connected to Bronze Services Europe and we also found connections with a Holiday company called Ora Vacations, active in Tenerife in the past years with selling their “discount holidays DVD” and the fly buy company Boardinggate8.
Although Bronze Services does not seem to charge any money upfront, the fact that they introduce themselves through a cold call, and the connections to other companies, does not really add up a lot of positive feedback.
Once more we would like to reiterate the importance of being very careful with cold callers, think twice before inviting people into your home and also before handing them over all your documents from your timeshare, including the original deeds.

We are due a visit this week from Richard Mathews colleague of Brian Armstrong. Has anyone had any good results from this company and been released from their timeshares within the supposed 4-6 weeks period and had a successful claim. I am also apprehensive as have lost money in the past from other companies saying they can help release me from timeshare.
We are about to have a visit from a Brian Matthews who works for Brian Armstrong. I’m really concerned. Has anyone got out of their timeshare and got any money back using these people?
