We have seen this before, a company is doing the cold calls and then another company “takes over” Not sure what the objective is, but again this is the case with a company called My Claim Expert who seems to be calling on behalf of WTC Administration.
After the initial chat with the agent of My Claim Expert, and after confirming that the consumer is interested in doing a refund claim for something he paid in the past, the details of the consumer are passed to WTC Administration.
WTC Administration does not seem to be new on this market. The name might be, but from the paperwork and contact details it becomes clear that we are dealing here with the same people who previously were working under the name of Willard Thomas Claims.
The same Willard Thomas Claims who neither approached consumers directly, and had their cold calling done by a company named Group Savers.
Soon after we published a blog article about Willard Thomas Claims, their website was closed down. And now we have WTC Administration offering exactly the same service.
Contact details of WTC Administration are; WTC Administration Ltd., Henleaze House, 13 Harbury Road, Henleaze, Bristol BS9 4PN
Telephone: 01172 449 363 and Email contact@wtcadministration.co.uk
But of course if the initial cold call is done by My Claim Expert you will have received a call from 0161 300 6795
As with Willard Thomas Claims, WTC Administration assures the consumers that all claims are on a No Win No Fee basis and the 25% fee is only payable once the funds have been received in the account of the consumer.
This sounds correct. But then in the paperwork their clause 4(g) clearly mentions: “You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period under distant selling rules, should you wish to cancel this agreement a full refund will be given…”
Now what would you have to refund if no payment is taken?
The cold call from My Claim Expert and the fact they know that the consumer has been defrauded before and by which company, does not really inspire a lot of confidence,
We therefore recommend being cautious when dealing with these companies who cold call and offer claims on your behalf.
If you have received a call from My Claim Expert from 01613006795 to be transferred to WTC Administration, then please do let us know.

I have been contacted by WTC about doing a section 75 claim for the miss selling of my fractional diamond points, on a no win no fee basis. They were not offering relinquishing service.
WTC Administration are processing a claim for us against Excalibur. They seem to be functioning in a professional manner and have not [yet] asked for any up-front fees. We will see what happens but if they do as they say, I will probably not remember to return to this site to give an update.

Hello, I have once again been cold called by W T C or by some group using their name.
They state after looking at all the relevent paper work they can get us back the money from
Incentive leisure +interest and compensation. Again they state no win no fee however and this is the rub £600 up front for the solicitors to get the ball rolling if you dont have £600 then half will do.
I told a Mr Pye to call back at the end of April I may be better situated.
Now I have visited W T C website and it looks legit the telephone numbers are all the same
apart from new claims paperwork 0121 450 9055 website 0121 450 9053.
I would go ahead if I thought W T C are genuine obviously the call I had is a sc** again
and I wont pay even £1.00 up front so if you can inform me about W T C itself as to whether
they are genuine or is the whole operation run from a boiler room.

Hello,
My name in s Mike, and I am a director of myclaimsexpert. A lot of these posts here are simply not true, and at best a very great exaggeration.
Also another company has been phoning people claiming to be us.
If anyone has a legitimate complaint, please e mail me at mike@myclaimsexpert.co.uk and I will undertake to sort this out for you.
Please bear in mind that anyone can post anything on these notice boards and there is no guarantee that there is any truth in it whatsoever.
Thank you for reading.
Dear Mike,
Thanks for your comments, and we think you are completely right. This company we are alerting about on the blog is presenting themselves as My Claim Expert. Although many consumers also understand “My Claims Expert”.
There is obviously a mis use of your company name and we would say to report this with the authorities.
Kind regards
Customer Care
Hi, had a call from a John Rose of My Claims Expert, Manchester. Telephone number 0161 3006795. He said there was no fee to pay upfront and was wanting to help get monies reclaimed from Club Class International. He had all the details even that it was in Maidenhead that my husband and I attended a meeting in 2009 with Club Class Concierge whereby they were going to buy our timeshare. I told him that I had received my monies back that I had paid to Club Class (didn’t inform him that it was through Section 75). He then wanted to me to claim back monies paid when in Tenerife in 2010 (yes we were stung a second time much to our shame). It was then that I told him that when the 7 Club Class Companies had had winding up orders made against them we were contacted by the joint liquidators of The Insolvency Service who had been appointed by the Business Secretary, Dr Vince Cable. As we had been scammed in the past I actually wrote to Dr Cable’s office to confirm that the joint liquidators were who they said they was – and yes it was confirmed. So I, therefore, told Mr Rose that I wasn’t prepared to deal with him. When will all this ever stop? A perfectly good timeshare that we owned and enjoyed has turned into something terrible all because we wanted to sell it!!!
no sooner I put the phone down on WTC I get someone else saying they are dealing with claim against club class. WTC said mindtimeshare are just trouble maker.
