A new company by the name of Atlas Consultants Europe is contacting consumers who previously had dealings with Gold Crown Solutions.
Atlas Consultants Europe is sending emails to all these consumers with the subject of “Warning letter – Gold Crown Solutions stolen database”
The email explains to the consumer that Gold Crown Solutions SL has been wound up, and that Atlas Consultants Europe are in a “legal position” to take care of the consumers to assist them appropriate to their contracts signed with Gold Crown Solutions including Section 75 claims, Relinquishments, and or, disposal of clients liabilities.
They then put a warning on the email which says:
ILLEGAL DATABASE THEFT
“A database theft has been committed from the offices of Atlas Consultants Europe. We are the only company that can legally contact you either by post, electronic mail, or telephone under the Data Protection Act. If you are contacted by any other company that offers their services for Section 75 claims, or relinquishment/disposal of timeshare, please take any contact number and names that are forthcoming and contact us immediately for onward transmission to our solicitors…”
There is no further identification on this email about this company Atlas Consultants Europe apart from their email address admin@atlasconsultantseurope.com and Telephone number 0845 862 1873
There is no website, no indication where they are based, no company registration number, nothing about who these so called solicitors are taking care of this business of supposed data theft, etc.
The only thing that comes to mind here is that they do have an awful lot of information from Gold Crown Solutions…
We certainly would not recommend sending any further personal details to this company for the supposed “pending” business of Gold Crown Solutions.
