Month by month there are a number of new companies starting their activity and we try to report about their activity as soon as they appear on the scene to warn consumers. But what happens to those that ceased their activity, but have taken money from all those consumers who believed them when they cold called them and promised to help them?
The reason we are addressing this is because we are seriously worrying about all the victims that companies as the one we will speak about now leave behind when they cease their activity.
Eureka Property Services is one of those companies we reported about earlier when they became active, and we are now not calling on consumers who recently were cold called by this company with an offer, but on all those timeshare owners who had been in business contact with Eureka Property Services and perhaps have lost money with them. As we had a great number of enquiries on this particular company during 2013, we know that there must be also a great number of victims out there.
For those who don’t know: Eureka Property Services was very active during 2013 cold calling timeshare owners offering them to help them with the relinquishment from their timeshare membership, against the payment of an upfront fee, of course. The relinquishment has never taken place!

According to reports from consumers it seems that this company has now disappeared, without complying with the service that the consumers had paid for in 2013.
Also has been documented by consumers that the payments were actually made to another company located at Costa del Sol; the point is that this company was not related to the brand of Eureka Property Services; the payment was going to a bank account, also at Costa del Sol, that was running on the name of the company “SL”. This in fact is reason for credit card providers to deny a refund of monies paid by credit card, if the consumer cannot prove the connection between the involved companies.
Our note goes to affected consumers, to let you know that you must not accept having fallen for this alleged fraud. There are many victims of this, and by now has been received sufficient information to be able to identify the responsible individuals behind this, and make them respond to the authorities and their victims.
Attention, everybody who had been dealing with this company! We will need your testimonial!
Together we are strong is the device here, and only if affected consumers report this alleged fraud and do something against it, such presumably fraudsters can be stopped!
Did you have any business with Eureka Property Services and need assistance? Wouldn’t you like those people to be stopped from earning their money by taking it from others?
Well, get in contact with us and we will be happy to inform you what you can do about it!
