Has insolvency specialist OLMEDA sent you an admittance form?

Olmeda is the latest cold caller that contacts consumers who have dealt with other companies and claims to be able to recuperate the money lost. Until now we received reports from consumers who had dealt before with Incentive Leisure Group, ILG, / Reclaim Ltd.

When the agents from Olmeda cold call the consumer they seem to find the right words to make the consumer believe that they have been asked to act in the insolvency of Reclaim Ltd., and they ask the consumer to fill in and send back the admittance form that they send them for that purpose.

So, not only Olmeda is one of the many companies that pretend to recuperate lost monies, they pretend to be the official liquidators for Reclaim Ltd., fact that is known to be not correct.

Once more very clear: Olmeda is not the official liquidator for Reclaim Ltd.!

What is going on here? Does everybody now pretend to be acting in the liquidation of Reclaim Ltd.? Did we not hear this same story a few times before?

When Olmeda send information to the consumer, they attach an “insolvency manual” but the fact is that the information contained there has not much to do with what is their proposal, to recuperate monies from an insolvency. It is just a tiny glossary explaining the definition of insolvency, and little bit more.

So, Olmeda send this “useless” information, but they provide very little details about themselves as a company. In their correspondence there are no details about any company registration or any other identification as a claims company.

The only details they provide consumer with are their e-mail olmeda@email.com and a telephone number (0034) 951650404 from which they call.

The other contact numbers they are providing consumers with are incomplete or better said, they have both one digit too much; strange though – an error?

Their address is Calle Mesones 10-4 in 18001 Granada, Spain.

Knowing that this company is not the official liquidator for Reclaim Ltd. and being a cold caller we can only recommend being very careful when you are contacted by Olmeda with the telephone number 0034951650404, or by any other company with a similar story.

Please do not doubt to get in contact with us and check first who it really is that is contacting you when you are cold called.
