Cold caller by the name of Contract Debt Recovery has started their dubious activity since a week or so.
They cold call Timeshare consumers and as always they already seem to know a lot about their history and their unfortunate dealings with certain bogus companies.
Contract Debt Recovery claims to be a legal office who is claiming back monies paid to bogus companies on behalf of the consumers. The consumer can join such claim by paying an administration fee of £99 into a bank account.
Once the claim has been confirmed to be successful they also have to pay a 10% over the awarded money.
Contract Debt Recovery wants the consumer to believe they are a registered company, but so far there is no such company found at the Spanish Companies House.
Their address is also quiet “surprising” as they state on their paperwork and website that they are based at Attico Centro, Fuengirola, 29640. Translated this means an attic in the center of Fuengirola. For those looking for this office I would think of searching for a needle in a haystack!
And keep in mind that we are talking about a company that claims to be a legal company!
Their website http://www.contractdebtrecovery.com/ was registered in September this year and only has been activated a couple of days ago. On the website it lacks all kinds of proper company information and details which would to be expected for a legal company.

This company has no sign at all that they should be trusted, so we certainly do NOT recommend having any dealings with Contract Debt Recovery.
