A Timeshare Disposal company by the name of Timeshare Stop has been brought to our attention this week.
This company seems to be of recent creation. Their website www.timesharestop.nl was registered on the end of October 2014 ( www.timesharestop.co.uk and www.timesharestop.de)
On this website they state they are part of Global Timeshare Terminal which seems to be again a very recently created company as they were registered at the Dutch Companies House at the beginning of December 2014.
It calls our attention that they publish testimonials from consumers who claim to have been at their offices before the actual company was registered (Oct 2014). How would that be possible?
The website actually provides all kinds of information about “taking action” against RCI and the different resorts. Something we have seen with other companies such as Timeshare Release who actually are connected to ITRA the International Timeshare Refund Action.
Timeshare Stop has an address in Holland, Hardwareweg 4, 3821 BM Amersfoort which is a business centre with numerous companies registered on the same address.

As a general comment we would like to add that Timeshare Owners should always be cautious when dealing with companies who offer resale or disposal services. Always double check with your resort about the possibilities to cancel the membership directly through them, before paying a third party company for this service.
