Have you been called by McBain Legal Services in Fuengirola?

A cold caller alert goes out for a company by the name of McBain Legal Services.

This company has started their cold calls last week and we have received several inquiries from concerned Timeshare consumers.

McBain Legal Services cold calls the consumer from 0034 603 162 771 and seems to have a lot of details from them on file, including the bank details which they used for paying previous dubious companies!

McBain Legal Services claims that various dubious companies have been raided by the police and their assets have been seized. The court now has appointed McBain legal Services to contact those victims of these companies and pay them back the money they lost.

Substantial amounts of money are mentioned, but in order to release this money the consumer needs to pay an administration fee of around €1000

We have checked the Spanish Companies House and could not find a company registered by the name of McBain legal Services.

The address quoted by the agent of McBain over the phone: Avenida Ramon No 2 Fuengirola Malaga 29640 seems to be incomplete or incorrect.

Seen the above information, we would recommend being cautious when this company contacts you.
