During the past weeks a lot of „new“ timeshare resale companies have appeared on the scene, and the last one is called Inmobiliaria Cala Blanca.
Inmobiliaria Cala Blanca is another fraudulent attempt to cheat timeshare owners with a company that purely has been set up for this purpose. At this moment we only heard from German consumers who have been contacted.
Inmobiliaria Cala Blanca has registered their own domain and they also created a web site http://www.inmobiliariacalablanca.com/ , probably to give the image of a reputable company.
They state to be located in Denia, Alicante (Spain).
The contact details for Inmobiliaria Cala Blanca are tel. +34 611 345 476 and fax +34 977 270 710; e-mails: cala-blanca-immobilien@consultant.com ; info@inmobiliariacalablanca.com
As usual we recommend to be very cautious when you are contacted out of the blue by a company that you did not know before, but who dispose of your personal details.
Do not pay any money, and first search for information about the company that contacted you out of the blue and made you any promises, however good it may sound to you.
Many times they state in the beginning that there were no upfront charges, but in reality ALWAYS suddenly appear some “unexpected” costs, whether as security bond, or costs for notary or translation, or for any other invented reason.
If you have been contacted recently by this company, please let us know! We will shortly come back to you with more information.
