A new cold caller alert goes out for a Timeshare Resale company by the name of Travel Cloud Consultants or TCC.
This company is cold calling Timeshare owners, knowing everything about their membership and offering a quick and guarantee resale of this Timeshare Membership.
In order to complete this quick resale for a very substantial price, the Timeshare owners needs to pay a Security Deposit upfront to Travel Cloud Consultants.
Travel Cloud Consultants – TCC have a website http://travelcloudconsultants.com/ which was registered in January 2015.
On the website they claim to be a “successful Timeshare resale company who buy or sell hundreds of timeshares each and every week…”

There is no company registration number displayed on the web, no other company details and neither any Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.
The fact that they cold call and ask for an Upfront Payment which is clearly forbidden by the European Legislation does not make this company look very trustworthy.

Just had a call today from Lucie Thomas after they called my wife earlier in the week, glad I did a bit of checking first as i was about to pass on their details to my elderly mother who wanted to off load some of hers as she has far too many to use for herself and we have our own.

Always double check any cold caller where possible, and certainly do not even consider paying them over the phone.

I have just been called by a Lucy Thomas from this company in Dublin enquiring if I wanted to sell any Timeshare points. I suspected a cold caller immediately and instead of letting her talk asked her all the details about herself: Full name, company name, Tel number and where she had my number from which is ex-directory. I know for a fact my timeshare company treats my phonenumeber as confidential. I was really annoyed at the cheek of these people. I put the phone down. I was then called back by her to complain about my rude behaviour towards her.
Had a phone call last week from travel cloud offering to buy my time share glad I found your Web site in time I was suspicious you here so many stories of bogus companies. Many thanks for the info. 13 / July 2015.

I have the same dealings but i refused to pay this insurance and reluctantly declined the sale. Could you advise how your sale progressed.
we are currently going through a sale process & have paid an insurance fee which is returned on sale completion, we have not signed or returned any documents is this outfit bound by EEA 14 day cooling off period & would we be advised to cancel the sale, seeking some feedback or relevant info if poss.
Looks very much like the old Resort Exchange Consultants website to me exactly the same. Funny how they were based or had a virtual office in Dublin as well even though they invoiced from Mainland Spain.
