Cold calling legal companies are never a good sign, but when it comes to those who on top of it claim they are working closely with the Spanish Government, it starts to be really strange.
This is the case with the latest cold calling legal company by the name of Cohen Legal Services.
The agent from Cohen Legal Services explains that the company is actually based in Brighton, Hove, but he is based in Spain as he working closely with the Spanish authorities.
These authorities have employed Cohen Legal Services to contact victims of dubious companies to who they have made payments and lost their money.
Cohen Legal Services will now be able to help the victim to reclaim this money and get this refunded.
Worrying though that they seem to have all the details of the dubious companies the Timeshare owner has been dealing with before and also all the payment details.
As we found this story rather strange, we have done some research and found the following information about Cohen Legal Services.

On the website they seem to handle only timeshare cases as mentioned on the front page, and have over 20 years of experience in doing so.
That is a lot of years for a company who doesn’t mention any company details on their web, no registration number, no privacy policy nothing.
We have searched the UK Companies House and have not been able to find a company registered by the name of Cohen Legal Services in Brighton.
It would not be a common practise either of the Spanish authorities to pass private information from victims of certain cases to a third party company, and less one that isn’t registered anywhere.
Neither are there any court cases going or have taken place where money has been awarded to the victims without the victims even knowing they were part of a “ court case”.
