This months’ cold caller list seems to be a bit longer again than the previous ones, as we have detected 103 active companies in March 2015 and from the 103 companies, there are 25 new company names.

This month of course has been highlighted due to the police raid on the Costa del Sol where they have raided several offices of a Gang, active since 2009 in all kinds of Timeshare related scams. 60 people were arrested, and 3 of them went to prison the same day. (http://wp.me/p1kmoi-1wP)
We are still waiting for a complete list of all companies raided, and will keep everybody updated through the blog.

There seems to be an increase in companies who cold call and offer Timeshare owners not only the possibility to cancel their membership against substantial payments, but also say that they can claim compensation and refund for money paid for the timeshare.
Please be aware that cold callers are never to be trusted, and always check out the facts before handing over any personal details and documentation. Do NOT pay anything upfront and before taking a cold callers word for it, double check with your resort and with us!

I have been offered 2 weeks holiday in tenereife or grand canaria . Also a European break for 3 nights 4days inclusive of flights to the European destination of my choice there is a £69 pound each charge for the European break as anybody got any thoughts on this please
My parents are 74 and have just told me they have received a call from Sky breaks to say their existing time share company pueblo evita and fairways are offering them a 2 week break for free as they have been with the time share company for 20 yrs. Then said it was £229 my mum asked him to call back and someone else has called them again this evening. Thank you again mind share for publishing the new company list. My parents lost over £300 last time a company called to give them a free break which wasn’t free and they didn’t get. Years ago RCI used to give bonus weeks they are a thing of the past and keep trying to tell my parents this.
I Have been cold called by a firm called Fernandez Navarro –Law Abogados Patrimonial S.L. who say they are the firm who have been holding funds in trust for Reclaim. If I want to make a claim I should send them all proof that my claim with Reclaim was successful and of course my bank details within 30 days in order for them to quantify my claim and make a repayment. I have forwarded this onto Price Waterhouse Coopers as they are acting for all “Reclaimants” but have heard nothing from PWC. Have you received other enquiries from other “Reclaimants” yet?
