According to the TCA you have a hidden agenda that supports the resorts and are funded by the RDO etc? Is this right?

I am a bit surprised by your question because the issue about the finance of our Association and the fact that we are linked to the RDO has never been a secret or “hidden agenda” and we certainly do not keep this a secret or deny this.

We can assure you that our main task is to fight and battle against the fraudsters in and around this industry, and certainly help the victims of such frauds.

But if we need to draw a line somewhere, because obviously we cannot do it all, and fight all, then the line is drawn where the resorts are affiliated to organisations such as TATOC or RDO and are supposed to be acting as per their code of ethics. And if this is not done, and complaints or issues are raised, then it is up to the RDO and TATOC to take action in this matter.
