Yes indeed, we have two fake notaries in a row, and the second FAKE notary today is one called Ignacio Balastro Roca.
The so-called notary office from Ignacio Balastro Roca is also based in Madrid in the Calle de Nuñez de Balboa, 28006.
Again a notary that is taking care of paperwork and tax payments, which needs to be processed in a timeshare resale. A resale that actually wasn’t expected by the owner, and neither was there any prior notification of a buyer found for the membership.
Ignacio Balastro Roca is in charge of processing the sale, and a tax payment is due over the amount of the resale.
This Spanish tax payment called IVA is around 21% of the sales price, and as the buyers are paying a substantial amount for the timeshare, the tax payment is close to 5000 euros as well.
In order to pay this tax, the timeshare owner is asked to do a bank transfer into a Bulgarian bank account. Which seems to be rather strange for a Spanish Tax payment!
