Cold Caller List for Timeshare owners, May 2015

Dear Timeshare Consumer,

One more month we present the latest Cold Caller list, of all the companies about which we have been notified of their activity in May 2015.

We have counted 69 active companies of which 17 companies are new on the list.

Worrying to see that again there are many companies claiming to be working on behalf of the Spanish or Portuguese government, sending consumers fake tax forms and court settlement documents.

Claims companies are also cold calling, and many of them state they are working on a “No Win no Fee” basis but then come up with all kinds of charges upfront such as translation and court charges.

Do not fall for this, and if they say NO WIN NO FEE make sure there is no payment until the services have been delivered!

Good morning We have recently been contacted by Paul Barnes of Canarian Legal Alliance , Gran Canaria asking to represent us in recovering money owed to us following the winding up of Club Class/ GB marketing. The email informs us that there will be no up front fees, only a fee paid as a percentage of success in the claim.As usual this sounds too good to be true, but do you have any information about this company? I can forward the email to you if you wish to pursue this further.many thanks.
