A new company has been brought to our attention by the name of MK Pilling.

This company is cold calling timeshare owners who have previously been defrauded by bogus sales companies such as Excalibur Sales & Marketing.

M K Pilling based in Didsbury  Business Centre, 137 Barlowmoore Road, Manchester M20 2PW  claims that Excalibur Sales have been in liquidation and they are dealing now with the insolvency resulting.

MK Pilling are telling the timeshare consumer that there is a cheque for them in their files for the sale of my timeshare membership and they quote the exact amount for this sale that was agreed with the previous bogus company.

In order to release this cheque, MK Pilling needs the timeshare owner to pay a fee into the bank account of a supposed UK Trustee.

Research has shown that there is no such company at all on the given address or registered in the UK.

Cold calls where companies seem to have details from you that should not be in the hands of strangers, are always to be treated with extreme caution.

If such cold call then results in the request of a payment to get a service delivered or supposedly money released as in the case of MK Pilling then we would certainly say not to trust the caller and refrain from any further dealings with them.
