After the disappearance of the bogus lawyers office Ramirez and Ramirez in Fuengirola, many company names have appeared on scene claiming to have taken over the “pending cases”.
The latest one who jumped on this bandwagon is a company by the name of Elite Litigation Services.
Elite Litigation Services cold calls Timeshare consumers who previously dealt with Ramirez, and elite certainly must have taken over something as they even quote the same case number as the one given by Ramirez in the past.
Elite Litigation Services states they are working for the Courts in Fuengirola, in order to retrieve the money awarded to the victims of the court cases that were left pending by Ramirez and have now taken place.
All the consumer needs to do is pay a 10% commission fee over the supposed awarded money, which of course is a substantial amount of money, not to miss out on.
We have done research on the company Elite Litigation Services and so far we have been unable to locate a company by this name at the Spanish Companies House.

They also provide on the paperwork an email address info@elitelitagation.org together with the address at Avda Jesus Santos Rein 2, Edif Ofisol, 29640 Fuengirola.

We are afraid that a company who cold calls timeshare consumers, knowing they have already been victim of other bogus companies, do not really look very good.
Adding this up to the fact they seem to have access to the information from the previous bogus company and they require money upfront to deliver their services…just don’t believe this!

Are 121 Litigation Services of Fuengirola a genuine company as they ask about my timeshare and IVA taxes (which would be returned on completion).They say that they would pursue companies that owed me money in the past and have taken over past clients of Ramirez and Ramirez?
Has anyone been contacted by HB Consultants supposedly based in Southampton?
They seem to have all my details from the Ramirez days.
Tony says;- We have recently been contacted by Mr Gordon Flatman at ”ELITE-LITIGATION”, SPAIN.He said they had been directed to us through RAMIREZ @ RAMIREZ SPAIN with regard to their promised payment to us for £48,000; for Timeshare and Holiday Clubs fraudulent dealings. Later a frightening threat to staff members in the offices at R@R had forced them to close down. ELITE-LITIGATION had appointed Lawyers to act on their behalf to help us recover as much of the money as possible which amounted to £30,725. For the services provided Elite-Litigation cost was £2,645.00.Upon receipt of the agreed 10% commission paid upfront the amount held in escrow would be released via bankers draft and despatched by courier to our home address within 28 working days.We are going to suggest they deduct the commission charge of 10% and send us the balance.
We have made the same suggestion without success and have been advised ;- Do not send any money upfront hoping for final payment, you will be disappointed.

I have been contacted in the last couple of days & they are quoting various case numbers etc. The amount they say they can get for me is considerably more than I ever paid. Their letter of Authority quotes a 10% commission payable to them but no indication of when this amount is due. I have asked for clarification as no way will they receive a penny from me prior to me receiving funds. So I guess that will be never!

I have been contacted and always cautious now. I have not yet been asked for money upfront. That will definitely be a no-no. However their website and email address contain the word “litagation” not “litigation”. I would be interested to know your comments on their website.
