The subject of Resort Management Direct is straight at the beginning of the program.

Victims from Resort Management Direct, who have written to Mindtimeshare before, already knew of this program and the preparations. BBC4 actually contacted Mindtimeshare for more information about the company RMD and possible victims that were willing to step forward.

The results can be heard in the program of today which we feel has reflected very clearly the way of working of RMD and the fact they are not telling the truth when approaching consumers on their cold calls.

Consumers are lead to believe the agent from RMD obtained the customers details through their home resort or exchange company, luxury accommodation is guaranteed which later turns out not to be true, upfront payments are taken and on top of it the offer is also sold to consumers who are over the age of 65, and when trying to book they are told they are not “qualified”.
